UN rights chief urged on Friday for warring sides in South Sudan to pull back from the brink, warning that the human rights situation risks further deterioration as fighting intensifies.

At least 11 people were killed after a drone strike by Rapid Support Forces hit a displacement camp in River Nile state and took out the regional power station for the fourth time, the governor said.
Between 60,000 and 80,000 households or up to 400,000 people, were displaced from Zamzam camp in North Darfur by the Rapid Support Forces, said the UN International Organization for Migration.
Britain on Thursday advised its citizens in South Sudan to leave the country following rising tensions that have brought the East African nation to the brink of renewed civil war.
