The Radha Krishna temple in Lisbon was lit up in tri-colors on the occasion of the 76th Independence Day of India, on Aug. 15.

The Hindu-Portuguese community that visits the temple has over 9,000 members who originated from Goa, Diu, Daman, Dadra, and Nagar Haveli.

The Radha Krishna temple is a popular place of worship for the Hindu community in Portugal.
