On the Pravasi Bhartiya Diwas, the Indian High Commission in the Kenyan capital of Nairobi announced the launching of an e-book on the Indian Constitution.
The e-book is the handiwork of a veteran Indian lawyer in Kenya — Sharad Rao.
The congratulatory note was extended to Rao on behalf of the Indian community in Kenya by Chief Guest Kevit Desai — the Principal Secretary of Kenya's State Department of East Africa Community.
India's High Commissioner to Kenya, Dr. Virendar Paul, remarked that he went through the e-book and found it to be an informative read. Moreover, he added that the book emphasized the "unique features of the Indian constitution."
